These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Zovioh website at zovioh.site, our forms and booking pages, our free Missed Lead Audit, and any messages we send you. Zovioh ("Zovioh", "we", "us" or "our") is a marketing and automation agency based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. By using our website or requesting an audit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1.Using our website

Our website is intended for business owners and managers, such as dental clinic owners and practice managers. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false information, interfering with how it works, or trying to access it in ways we did not intend.

2.The free Missed Lead Audit

  • The Missed Lead Audit is free. Requesting one does not create any obligation to buy anything from us.
  • The audit is a general review of how your business responds to new enquiries, such as calls, texts and website forms. It is based on the information available to us at the time and is provided for information only.
  • We may decline or stop an audit request at our discretion, for example if a business is outside the area or type of business we work with.
  • Any paid services we provide after an audit will be covered by a separate written agreement.

3.Information you give us

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Please only share business contact details. Do not send us patient records or any personal health information. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

4.Text messages (SMS)

If you give us SMS consent on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Zovioh at the number you provided about your Missed Lead Audit request, including booking confirmations and appointment reminders.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5.No guarantee of results

Our website, audit and services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including a specific number of enquiries, bookings, new patients or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control. Any examples, illustrations or sample messages on our website are for illustration only and are not real data or promises of results.

6.Our content

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Zovioh or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view it for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Some photos on this site are used under the Unsplash licence.

7.Third-party services

Our forms, booking calendar and messaging are powered by third-party platforms, and our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zovioh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the website or the free audit. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or the free audit will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

9.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Zovioh harmless from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.

10.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.

11.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
